Primary Responsibilities

    Webinar Management: Execute and support over 30 scheduled virtual events leading up to the June convention, typically occurring between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM ET.

    Technical Facilitation: Manage Zoom Webinar functions, including sharing screens, monitoring waiting rooms, and dropping pertinent links into the chat for attendees.

    Speaker Support: Host 30-minute rehearsal and prep sessions with speakers to ensure technology is functioning and best practices are understood.

    Post-Event Administration: Perform basic video editing within the Zoom platform to trim recordings (e.g., removing awkward pauses) and export/format attendance reports using Microsoft Excel.

    Customer Service & Troubleshooting: Provide "back-of-house" support with patience and grace, assisting an older demographic of attendees with light tech troubleshooting like password recovery or view settings.
