Summary:
The Research Assistant will assist in research and preparation of a textbook manuscript for introductory economics.
Essential Functions
Transferring data. The RA will transfer data from an online platform to Word documents.
Updating facts and links. The RA will work independently to update cited statistics and embedded interactives.
Proofreading. Using their mastery of standard English grammar and the assistance of tech tools, the RA will ensure that the text is free of basic errors.
Digital accessibility compliance. The RA will ensure that all word documents are fully accessible.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-time.
15 hours per week.
Salary Range:
$17.95 per hour.
